Welcome to Driver for Bali. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of driverforbali.com (the "Website") and your booking of any Bali private driver, Bali airport transfer, custom Bali tour, or related travel service (collectively, the "Services") offered by Driver for Bali, founded by Ronak, based in Bali, Indonesia.

By booking through our Website, WhatsApp, or any other channel, you ("Guest," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your Bali tour booking.

1. Our Services

Driver for Bali provides:

  • Private Driver services across Bali.
  • Airport pick-up and drop-off (Bali airport transfer).
  • Custom and signature Bali tour packages, including Ubud Heritage Tour, East Bali Escape, Uluwatu Sunset Tour, North Bali Adventure, and more.
  • Luxury car with driver, family holiday transport, honeymoon experiences, and business travel support.
  • Local recommendations and personalized itineraries.

All Services are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

2. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings can be made via our online form, WhatsApp, or email by providing the required information, including:

  • Pick-up location.
  • Destination.
  • Travel date.
  • Number of guests.
  • Service type.

A booking is confirmed only after Driver for Bali sends written confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

You are responsible for providing accurate travel details, including correct flight numbers, pick-up addresses, and contact information.

Prices quoted are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Changes to the itinerary, distance, or duration may result in price adjustments.

3. Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods and any required deposit will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
  • Full or partial payment may be required in advance to secure certain bookings, particularly during peak season.
  • All prices are quoted in the currency specified at booking and are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made via WhatsApp or email as early as possible.

Cancellations made within a short period before the scheduled service, as communicated at the time of booking, may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Driver for Bali reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, vehicle issues, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will offer an alternative arrangement or a full refund where applicable.

5. Guest Responsibilities

By using our private driver Bali or tour services, you agree to:

  • Arrive at the agreed pick-up point on time.
  • Provide accurate flight and contact details for airport transfers.
  • Behave respectfully toward drivers, guides, and other guests.
  • Follow local laws, temple dress codes, and site-specific rules during tours.
  • Be responsible for your own belongings during the journey.

Driver for Bali is not liable for delays caused by guest-provided incorrect information, flight delays beyond reasonable monitoring, or guest non-compliance with pick-up instructions.

6. Vehicles and Drivers

All vehicles, including Toyota Avanza, Innova, HiAce, Alphard, and similar models, are maintained to high safety and cleanliness standards.

Drivers are professional, licensed, and, where applicable, English-speaking.

Vehicle type may vary depending on group size, availability, and route requirements. However, comparable comfort and quality will be maintained.

7. Liability

Driver for Bali takes reasonable care to ensure guest safety and comfort throughout every journey.

We are not liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, traffic incidents, third-party actions, or guest negligence.

Guests are encouraged to have appropriate travel insurance for their trip to Bali.

8. Itinerary Changes During Tours

Custom and signature tours are flexible. Reasonable stop changes may be accommodated during the journey based on driver discretion, available time, and safety considerations.

Significant itinerary changes may affect the total tour cost or duration.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and tour descriptions, is the property of Driver for Bali and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Force Majeure

Driver for Bali shall not be held responsible for failure to perform any obligation due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or public health emergencies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from the use of our Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bali, Indonesia, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

Driver for Bali reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our Website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
